You agree to use trek8 only for lawful business purposes.

• No misuse, reverse engineering, or abuse
• No uploading malicious or illegal content
• No unauthorized access or data scraping

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are billed in advance and handled securely by third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

trek8 operates on a subscription-based model.

• No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial usage, unused time, or account downgrades.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Access Until End of Billing Period: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No Automatic Renewals After Cancellation: Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew.

6. Data & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to trek8. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of trek8. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service, with or without notice.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, trek8 is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, trek8 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
