The Contacts allows you to store, organize, filter, and manage all people and companies related to your tours in one centralized place. Contacts can include agencies, guides, drivers, accommodations, airlines, transfers, and more.
Details
Basic information about the contact. Name, phone, email, address, etc.
Tours / Old Tours
Past or upcoming tours that this contact involved as an agency or staff.
Accommodations / Old Accommodations
Past or upcoming accommodations that this contact used as accommodation.
Transfers / Old Transfers
Past or upcoming transfers that this contact used as transfer.
Prices
Contact Prices allow you to define predefined rates for your contacts such as guides, drivers, transfer companies, accommodations, or other service providers. These prices can later be reused in tours, calculations, and transactions to save time and avoid manual entry.
